Music is good the Op is very nice and captures the joy and anxiety of high school life very well. I won’t go into spoiler territory but I feel characters are probably the only reason komi san manga has about 360 chapters. The characters are probably the strongest point of Komi-san, except for the plain as fuck Tadano everyone is super quirky and interesting. animation is weirdly good for a slice of life anime just like dragon maid. The story if any is focused on character interaction and/or events, but that is actually a strength of komi san because the characters in komi san are so quirky and interesting thatĪs for the Art, The opening 30 seconds of the first episode make it very clear that OL means business, the art is very gorgeous it has the Movie level 1:1 recreation of the Japanese city and school and it is perfect for some slice of life escapism.
